Hey there everyone!
It’s been a while since my last update and it’s also been way too long since I last blogged, but I thought I would let you all know what’s been happening, why I haven’t been around much lately and what the future holds.
As most of you know I have a lot of health issues. In the last few months, since around April, my health has slowly been getting worse and it has got to the point where I am struggling to do most physical activities including photography. I have tried going back to doctors and specialists, but the state of the medical profession in Albury is horrible and they haven’t been able to do anything to help me due to the complexity of my range of conditions, so I have been trying everything that I can think of to get myself back on track.
While nothing has worked so far, the good news is that sometime in the next few months I will be moving to Melbourne to seek better medical treatment for my conditions and I know that there are specialists in Melbourne who will be able to help me.
In the mean time though, I will keep trying everything I can to improve my health. I will be trying out Tai Chi and maybe even some very light Yoga in the near future, and I am really hoping that at least one of those will help me, even if only a little bit!
I will be sure to let you all know if any improvement happens! I will push my body as hard as I possibly can and I will get a little bit better eventually! I know I will!
Tyler Grace Photography Update
These last few months have been rough with my health, and I have only released about 5 or 6 images in the last 8 months. It’s been driving me insane not being able to do much photography, but over the next few months I will be pushing my body way harder than I ever have before so I can share a lot of new images with all of you!
It all starts next weekend on the 14th of December. On that day I will be attending a Fine Art Photography workshop that is being run by the one and only Brooke Shaden! I am hoping that I will be able to get at least 2 or 3 images from that workshop that I will be able to share with you guys!
It’s going to be a huge challenge for me to get through that 10 hour workshop without my health giving out on me, but I am determined to get through it no matter what!
After that I will hopefully do at least one more conceptual photo shoot before the end of the year!
In the new year I will be doing as many photo shoots as my body can handle. I am hoping to do at least 2 shoots a month in 2015. Of course my health will be the deciding factor in that plan, but once again, I am determined to reach that goal!
As I mentioned in my health update, I will be moving to Melbourne sometime in the first half of 2015. This will hopefully open up a lot more opportunity for me in the photography realm as well, as there is so much more in the big city for anyone in the creative world!
I will be back in Albury every couple of months for a few days though, so those wanting to do shoots with me in Albury have no need to be worried!
I will be blogging more often as well now. I am planning to do some “Behind The Scenes” type blogs from both a bunch of my older conceptual photos as well as any upcoming photo shoots. I will write some reviews and a bunch of other photography related things as well! I’m looking forward to being more active on here and hopefully being more active as a photographer as well!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and as always, keep smiling everyone!
